 | The Heat Pump Association (HPA) says that the delay in the reform of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is 'unfortunate', but points out that the news could benefit those hoping to complete projects with high heat demands. Although the 2017 reform of the RHI Regulations were placed before parliament on 14 March, drafting issues with the Non-Domestic Regulations mean there will be a delay before parliament can consider both in detail. |
